Today we will be dealing with powerful prayer points for good night sleep. To many people, a good night’s sleep is a special gift from the maker to end a stressful day. However, if your night sleep has ever been tormented with dreadful dreams, you will always get frightened when it gets dark. God is about to change that story today.
Regardless of the stress you went through during the day, a good night’s sleep is capable of replenishing the lost energy and keeping you motivated for the next day. For all you that are scared to close your eyes in the night due to constant terrible dreams, I decree by the authority of heaven that those powers destroying your sleep are destroyed today in the name of Jesus.
Prayer Points:
- Heavenly father, I thank you for your grace and protection over my life today. I thank you because eyes were upon me as I journeyed throughout the world today and your mercy brought me peace and not in pieces, may your name be highly exalted.
- Lord God, I seek for the forgiveness of sin that I have committed today while I was out. The scripture says we can not continue to live in sin and ask grace to abound.
- Lord, I pray that you forgive me all my sins today in the name of Jesus. I ask that by the precious blood of Christ that was shed on the cross of Calvary, you will wash away my sins completely in the name of Jesus.
- Lord Jesus, as I’m going to bed tonight, I pray that you grant me good rest. I pray that you will grant me a good night’s sleep. Your word made me understand that I’m like a sheep and you guard me as a shepherd. I lay my head in your bosom tonight tonight, let your angels minister to my spirit tonight. I come against every power that spoils sleep with evil dreams, let them be destroyed before me today in the name of Jesus.
- Lord, I pray that you grant me a splendid night’s sleep to rejuvenate my energy for tomorrow’s business. I rebuke every demon that torments my sleep with masquerade.

I shall not be disturbed by the terror of the night not by the pestilence that walks in darkness. I pray that the four corners of my house are protected in the name of Jesus.
- Father Lord, I rebuke every form of evil dream that may destroy the night. Every demonic power that appears in the dream to shatter it, I consume you by the fire of the holy ghost. I pray that the lord mount a pillar of fire round my home and make my environment uncomfortable for any evil power in the name of Jesus.
- I come against every evil assassination that is perpetrated in the night. I refuse every attempt on my life by the kingdom of darkness.
- I pray that the protection of the lord will upon me. The scripture says, to carry the mark of Christ, let no man trouble me. I decree that I shall not be troubled in the name of Jesus.
- Lord, I pray that you will encircle my life with peace and love. Do not let my soul be bothered, do not let me be troubled. Let me rest tonight with hope in you. Regardless of the trouble or problem that I face, I strongly believe you are God and you are powerful to take them away. So this night I will sleep like a champion, like a man without trouble. And tomorrow when I wake, I pray for the ability to accept a new day with huge possibilities in the name of Jesus.
- Father Lord, instead of terrible dreams, I pray for an encounter, such that I will never forget in a rush. I pray that you make it happen tonight in the name of Jesus. I pray that when I sleep tonight, let me see the angels of the lord, let them minister to me.
